“Christmas with Music Ministry” By Lisa Bond, Minister of Music

Sunday, December 11 at 8:30 and 10 a.m.: Choral Music Worship

Thanks be to God for the gift of Advent and Christmas music! Today, December 11, at both the 8:30 and 10 a.m. worship services, Kenilworth Union Church’s Chancel Choir and full brass/percussion orchestra will be offering Behold New Joy, Ancient Carols of Christmas. Originally commissioned by the Los Angeles Master Chorale in collaboration with composer Shawn Kirchner, this unique collection of Advent and Christmas songs includes familiar melodies such as On This Day Earth Shall Ring and In Dulci Jubilo. All are warmly invited to worship, listen, and sing with us, Choral Music Sunday. Let’s pack the pews and bring a friend to experience the JOY of the season. To God be the glory!
